Skills4Success

The Skills4Success are a set of seven, interrelated “employability” or “soft” skills that were identified in 2011  through a process involving employers, colleges, universities, and local school districts from across the Ottawa area of West Michigan. We believe these are the skills that all students need to develop and possess in order to be ready for whatever life throws at them.
